We respect originality. All the products in Ethnoroot are sourced from its origin i.e. the placed which is responsible for introducing the art form, or from the places that it has been practiced for generations.
We try our best to match the looks as much as possible. It may differ a little from what it is shown in the Website as they are all handmade.
Since the products are handmade some difference is bound to happen. Depending on the artform, these variations will small to significant.

Yes, but we customise only on bulk orders..

As per government regulations, it is mandatory to share your PAN card details for order values exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs.
Your order value might be exceeding the credit/debit limit, thus causing your card to get rejected. You may have also entered incorrect card details, so rechecking those might solve the issue. If there is any other problem, you can send us a screenshot of it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the order has been confirmed. It takes 24 hours to process and it gets delivered within the delivery time mentioned on the product display page.
Our endeavour is always to deliver the products in the fastest possible time and in the best condition. However, to commit a deliver on a particular day is not possible.

The shipping address can only be changed till the time the product has not been dispatched. Once the product is dispatched the address cannot be changed.
