Refund and Cancellation Policy
We have a simple and transparent refund policy. You can get the refund if:
The product you received is in damaged/ tampered condition, we request our customer to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found on our product please write a mail to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product with product details.
We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can refund the amount. We will bear the cost of sending you the replacement and getting the damaged product from you place.
If you did not like the product; please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org Within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number and other details.
The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you.
The Product has to be packed properly to protected from any shipment related damage and it reaches us safely.
The product will be dispatched or refund will be generated once we will receive the returned product.
